Tomorrow I am moving back to East Texas.
I start a full time job at camp in two weeks.
My apartment is stacked high with boxes,
and the walls are full of empty space.
I am currently occupying the couch in my living room,
going over last-minute lists,
and noticing how strange it looks now that everything is packed away.
Memories of the past year project themselves back into the space -
friends and laughter and meals and kisses and conversations and perfect nights.
Mostly joy, but sometimes not so much.
The most perfect spring, and the worst summer,
and how it all works together as part of the bigger story
of becoming who God has created me to be.
Many adventures were had here.
Tomorrow, a new one begins.
