6th Street.

A conversation with a student after school:

Me: "You're coming to the performance tonight, right? Be here at 5:45."
Student: "I can't come, I'm going to see Sesame Street." 

I clearly misheard... 

Me, as he begins to walk down the hallway, "Wait, [name], did you say you're going to 6th street?!"
Student: "Nooooo - SESAME street!"
Me: "OH!" and we both start laughing, "Okay."
Student, still laughing, as we both start to walk opposite directions down the hallway: "Yeah, Miss Vincent, I'm going to 6th Street! Cause I'm THAT old..."
Me: "Oh stop itttt..."

Yall, it was seriously hilarious.
I walked back to my classroom thinking, "What an LHmess thing to do. Ask my 5th grader if he's going to 6th Street. Geez...."
