I know I frequently say, "This is the worst thing I have ever heard," or "That's the worst thing I've ever seen."

But seriously, this is probably on my top 3 list of "Worst Things I Have Ever Seen"
I'm watching Food Inc, and I tried to find a clip of this to post, but I couldn't find one, so I took pictures of it instead. Here is what was written in a news article about the film:

There's a scene in Food, Inc. that shows hundreds of baby chicks tumbling down a metal chute in a factory. Dazed, they spill off the end of the chute onto a moving conveyor belt from which a woman with gloved hands snatches them one by one, rams them headfirst into a blue ink stamp of some sort, and tosses them aside.
I cried. They're chicks, but okay, whatever I did. They are precious creatures, and this is wrong.
Okay, yes. I get that as humans, we eat chicken and that God made it that way and yes, it is awesome. I love chicken, I had Chick-Fil-A two days ago. Okay. But this is wrong. No living creature should be shoved on conveyor belts and treated like this. There must be a better way.

Pictures:
This is a drawer they pulled out. It's a ton of eggs and the chicks that have hatched out of them. (IN A DRAWER?)You can see others just like it in the picture. It is an entire wall full of them.

They put them on a conveyor belt and then they FALL, like this:Awesome. (And by "awesome," I mean, "Not at all.")

They land on this conveyor belt, which is packed full. Then they get to see this lady, who does this to them:

How in that okay?

--------------EDIT--------------------
So I posted this, and kept watching. And it only gets worse.
Definitely, one of the worst things I have ever seen.
